Robert M. Kelly

Bob was born and raised in Spokane, WA and frequently rode the carousel at Natatorium Park   He attended Washington State University and received a BS degree in Biology in 1970 and MS degree in Environmental Science in 1977.

Bob moved to Kennewick in 1988 and served as city manager until August, 2003.  He is now in the insurance and financial services business.  Bob and Ann have been married for 37 years and have two married daughters with five grandchildren all living in the Tri-Cities.

Bob is active in Kiwanis, the Kennewick United Methodist Church and on the Three Rivers Carousel Foundation.
