Russ Burtner

      Appointed by Kennewick City Council as liaison to the Three Rivers Carousel Foundation. Employed as the Executive Director of Municipal Services for the City of Kennewick since 2003, and previously served as Parka and Recreation Director for the City of Kennewick. Involed with a number of Park improvement programs within the Kennewick Park system including the Columbia Park Family Fishing Pond, and the Playgrpund of Dreams. Transferred by JUB Engineers from Boise, Idaho to the Tri-Cities to open up a regional office in 1978. Have served in ledership positions with several not-for-profit boards ans foundations including Kennewick Kiwanis Foundation, Kennewick General Hospital Fondation, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklion Counties. Married with two grown sons, there wives and 4 granddaughters.
